Overview
Thanks for shopping at Meskari Supply Ltd. We appreciate the fact you like to buy the stuff we supply and create. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are Terms and Conditions that apply to transactions at Meskari Supply Ltd. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Meskari, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Refund Policy - the basics
Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
Eligibility:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom, special, or all food related purchases cannot be returned.
All claims on missing product from an invoice must be sent within 14 days of the original purchase, including copies of the original order, receipt, invoice and photos of the product that arrived.
Hand Crafted Preserves (all food related purchases)
Meskari does not offer refunds or exchanges on handcrafted preserves. All our products are of highest quality and we stand by them. If you received the wrong product or shipment was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and we will provide a replacement. We will request images of damaged product.
Other Products
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure packing is good such that items won't get damaged during transit. Please note Meksari Supply LTd is not liable for damages during transit or transportation. Our customer will notify Meskari of intent to return product, no later than thirty (30) days from receiving the product, specifying the reason. Meskari may authorize return of product at sole discretion. Product must be intact, unaltered, and in original packaging. Meskari may issue a return authorization. Customer is responsible for all expenses and risks. Initial delivery expenses are non-refundable. Please include the original invoice and return authorization. Once received, Meskari will examine the returned product. If return is accepted, customer will be entitled to the reimbursement of the purchase price paid.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

Shipping (Return Items)
To return your product, mail your product to: Meskari Supply Ltd, 301 Hillcrest Rd SW, Airdrie, AB T4B 4K1, Canada.
You are responsible to pay for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your item.
