Shipping Policy

Overview

The Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping Options

Our products are shipped in the most cost efficient and timely manner. Professional couriers are used for the majority of our shipments. Unfortunately, carriers are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery will be done as quickly as possible following order payment validation. Delivery time limits may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

A transaction must be completed and entirely paid before Meskari processes the order and delivers the products.

Currently, we are unable to ship food products to the USA. Please refer to the shipping policy under each product for additional information.

Shipping Rates

In an effort to keep shipping rates as low as possible, we are pleased to integrate shipping with 3rd party Click Ship. Shipping rates determined by size, weight, and location.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for such additional costs or taxes.

When will my Order by Shipped?

Orders will be processed within four (4) business days in Canada and the United States. Some exceptions may apply and in such a case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

No shipping will be done on the following holidays:

During the Christmas holidays (variable dates)
Family Day (3rd Monday in February)
Good Friday and Easter Monday
Victoria Day (3rd Monday in May)
July 1. If this date falls on a Sunday: July 2. (Canada Day)
1st Monday in August (Civic Holiday)
The first Monday of September (Labour Day)
The second Monday of October (Thanksgiving Day)
Remembrance Day (November 11)

Delivery will be done as quickly as possible following validation of order payment. Delivery time limits may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Delivery (If applicable)

We are able to offer Delivery, via local third party carriers, to select locations in and around Calgary, Alberta.

Rates established on basis of weight, volume and quantity of Products and delivery location.

Delivery time limits vary depending on location and product availability.

Availability of Products Ordered

If a product ordered cannot be delivered because it is out of stock, our customer will be notified and will be offered one of these options:

Receive only the available product and be credited for the unavailable product.
Accept a replacement product.
Have the order cancelled.

Meskari shall not in any case be liable for any damages resulting from products out of stock.
